At Jeweloraa , we take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days, while express shipping (if available) may take 2–3 days. Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout before you make the payment otherwise we have free shipping policy on all products.

We want you to love your jewellery, but if you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund process. Customers may return products within 2 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging and tag with the invoice.

Customized or personalized jewellery, items purchased on sale, and used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once we receive your return and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method.
