We offer a seamless return and exchange process within 48 hrs of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure that every Jeweloraa creation you own is one you truly cherish.

Return Policy : 

If you are not happy with the product - no worries - we have 48 hrs Exchange policy.

-Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange and return in the form of coupon code only (like credit note you get from Malls) which you can use any time in future on our website or WhatsApp us we can create order for you.

-Return Shipping will be borne by the customer. 

-No exchange available in Heavy Discount sale

Return timeframe:- If return is approved,  return product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeframe :- If refund is approved by us, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.

Replacement Timeframe:- If replacement is approved,  replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

Exchange:

Exchange Timeframe:- If exchange is approved,  exchangeded product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

How to claim an exchange or return
-You must have unboxing video proof of the product , which you need to whatsapp us on 9011363009
Claim should be reported within same day of delivery.
If your claim is accepted by us, you need to return product within 5 days of approval.
- We will Arrange return pick up from your place. Delivery charges will be paid by customer around Rs. 150/-
